All items sold on our site are custom-made to order.

Order Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your order is placed for processing before shipping begins. This time is required to produce and prepare each custom item.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information will only be available after the item has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Please note that delivery time does not include the initial 7-10 business day processing period.

Custom Orders

Because all items are custom-made, processing times may not be expedited, and orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has shipped.
