Shipping Policy
GIGPS’s preferred carrier is now USPS. We also offer DHL for international shipments. Through UPS and DHL, we will be able to offer better rates, faster, more reliable transits, and more informative tracking and shipment options.
We will still be offering UPS First Class as an alternative for both domestic and international service. However, if UPS is selected over our preferred carrier, GIGPS will not be responsible for any delays, misplaced, stolen, or lost packages, damaged goods, etc. that occur through UPS. The customer will be responsible for contacting UPS directly and working with them to file a claim for compensation for any lost or damaged goods.
Most orders will ship out from our facility within 7-10 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The shipping that you pay for (overnight, 2-day shipping, etc.) is an agreement with the carrier, not GIGPS. Your items will ship out within the 7-10 business days notated above and once the package is handed to the carrier, the shipping that you paid for will go into effect.
